We pride ourselves on the quality of our nurses and invite you to check their registration details for yourself!

To do so click on the NMC link and choose search the register then simply type in the name of your Qualified/Trained nurse. (Note you cannot register your nursing qualifications in Spain unless you are actively registered in England or the country of your training)

Our trained /qualified nurses are registered both in England and Spain (which is a legal requirement) and have an obligation to undertake up-date courses and research to be permitted to continue practicing nursing and remain on the register, they also have to follow a code of professional conduct, set out by the registry bodies. Most British Nurses also subscribe to the RCN which provide post graduate training opportunities and forums to facilitate dissemination of resent practice changes/research and legislation.

Once you have established that your trained nurse is registered in England, it is imperative to ask them to show you their registration card of Spain! In the case of Costa Blanca all registered nurses will have a credit card type ID which will have the nurse’s name and pin number with the Valencia College of nursing logo for which you can view below.  Nurse are not licenced to practice nursing without this card and if not licenced NOT INSURED!
