W hen ever we have to visit the hospital, there are very few of us that don’t get a little anxious, it becomes all the more elevated if you don’t speak the language. Prestige accompaniment and translation service can help to reduce the anxiety felt, by ensuring the little things are totally organised so you can concentrate on the bigger matters at hand. An experienced nurse will collect you in good time from your home, remind you of any medication or paperwork you may need to take with you, and guide you through the process step by step. We always advice that a list of questions is written before attending your appointment, on many occasions our staff can answer and explain most of these but it is always nice and re-assuring to have clarification from the consultant. If a new diagnosis is made then Prestige nurses are at hand to ensure you understand all that is said and assist with life changes that may be needed, through explanation and education, they will be happy to discuss, explain and or inform other members of the family.
