mail service is a secondary life line for those that have parents or family living in the Costa Blanca and wish to be informed on a regular basis of their condition or situation.

Prestige offers a free email update service on medical condition, doctor/hospital appointments/ visit outcomes and general welfare.


We have found that this service minimises stress and worry for the family, and with regular communication we are able to build a relationship of trust and guardianship with the client and family. With this level of input our highly skilled staff are able to adapt the care package to the individuals needs quickly and effectively.

It has to be understood that this service is only undertaken following written agreement from the client, Prestige will in no way breach client confidentiality.
